This class is a 12 week progressive build that will focus on a main lift! We will track our progress and at the end of the 12 weeks, we will test our 1 rep max for the main lift and hit some new PR’s!
We will focus on form, proper core engagement and full body accessory movements that will help us gain strength in the main lift. At the end of the 12 weeks we will test our 1 rep max for our main lift. Get ready to hit some new PR’s!
