A core and cardio workout that combines exercises that will elevate your heart rate (cardio) and core training to strengthen your abdominal/lower back muscles. Alternating between the two in circuits or supersets to boost endurance, stability, and fat burning. Using bodyweight, dumbbells, or other equipment for a full-body, high-intensity workout.
