For Memorial Day we’re going to do a partner “Murph” hero workout in honor of Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005. We will be doing something similar but with our own spin on it. Don’t be afraid, modifications can and will be made to make this workout something that everyone can do!
